Feliz Día de los Muertos

On the day of the dead, we celebrated Latin American style.  We hopped on over the BYU Museum of Peoples and Cultures (along with the rest of spanish-speaking provo) and saw some cool exhibits on the May and Day of the Dead.  We shuffle shuffled through the whole museum and it culminated at sugar skulls.  (As you know that’s the true reason we went in the first place). :) We enjoyed ourselves squirting sugar juice all over our little sugar skull.  Nothing more beautiful than sugar on sugar.    Although the sugar skull looked delicioso, we decided there were better (less pure sugar-y) treats in provo.  So we headed off to Sammy’s.  Ahh Sammy’s, land of the pie shakes.  It was a fabulous date-night with my sweetie.  Cultural and delicious :)
